Magnificent very central location just next door to city center as well as Brighton. And it was at a short distance from Padella D'oro, ate there couple of times.

Great value and lovely small hotel located in a pedestrian area next to the Newhaven Lodge to anyone, Southport and Newhaven for the ferry. Modern and airy units with the largest bathroom and amicable staff. Friendly service overall.

The stuff where pleasant, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was fine. The location was perfect and magnificent, the room was well-equipped. Moreover, the hotel was near Eazy-e Memorial Bench.

We really enjoyed this place, everything was lovely. Throughout the day staff were caring and amicable. It was in a very central setting close to ferry port.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay on a business trip. I really enjoyed the room with the largest bathroom. The hotel was in an unbeatable location short walk to the ferry, centre of Newhaven and sea front.
Amenities were missing.

The rooms were airy with a great view and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Newhaven Fort. There was a GOOD restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

Clean accommodation, light rooms and marvellous location. Polite and caring people working here. Location so close to the library in town, Newhaven to Brighton, the ferry. For tea or coffee visit Warrens Cafe nearby. Overall fine stay on a business trip.

The Ark, which can be found only 500 m away, was a fast dining option. All in all a comfortable experience. Stay there and enjoy your Newhaven trip. Free WiFi worked flawlessly.

Beds were comfortable. We do recommend it as we liked this hotel. A free Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Even the London Gatwick airport was not so far;)))
